Daffodil Institute of Career Development (DIC-D) was born from the dream of a teacher — a dream to guide her students toward meaningful careers through skill-based education. What started six years ago in the calm town of Valanchery soon grew into a trusted name in diploma education, helping young learners discover their strengths and step into the professional world with confidence.
Carrying forward this vision, the Surmount Institute of Management Studies was established as a subsidiary of Daffodil Institute of Career Development — a new chapter in the same story of passion and progress.
Surmount builds on DIC-D’s foundation with modern infrastructure, advanced learning environments, and an expanded range of professional courses, offering students a complete and vibrant campus experience.
